For Helen
They say a thousand ships was launched
A moment of absurd madness
Captured in time
A dim sparkling beacon in all passion infected titans
How die if not for love
If love in truth did ask my life of me surly i would give
Why die if not true of love
If in truth i ask love of true surely i would recieve
Not for Helen
The say that horse of wood was given
A morbid moment of insanity encapsulated in time
Frozen deathly sign posts lining vanishing pathways
A fallen every step
trampled
slain
maimed and bled
a bath in death red
every kneel the journey demands of surviving
Why seek if not with true of love
If i would coax the true surly in truth would i savor in love
What love of true if not to seek
If i should to like
like wine
the intoxicating ambrosia of a muse of Sophia
Surly i would presume much too much
Only for Helen
That horizon was littered with an ocean churned to murderous intent
Ignoring fabled innocent pleas
Let love be
Let love free
Not only for Helen
They say Mighty heroes of myth or tales were lost
Crushed in a moment of clarity, pulsing in time
That beacon of all driven path shared to ravenous crows
Unmark the graves scattered along stray paths
Sharp slicing splinters of falsley deflated hearts
The cost of sacred inherited sacrifices
to all and every value adorned and glorified to love
The worth of true to valor if true of worth to love
If for Helen
I say ... Priceless
a moment floating in thoughts
a glance in intangible time
a page of an old oft repeated history
embellished with every gap of love induced fantasy
an enchantment conjured with generosity with Liberty
Till true calms the colors of intense desires
the emotional spectrum of seeing reverted to saw
a pool churned with passionate intent
Ignoring fabled innocent pleas
Let love be
Let love free
