aka CAT 4,682 Posted February 13, 2017 Report Share Looks like quite an adventure. I'd sooner see a bear head the opposite direction than have to dare curl up into a motionless ball. Don't you know squirrels consider theirs anything that's near a tree? 4 Link to comment

We always heard that if you yell "Hey bear! Hey bear!!" they will leave the area....um..nope it doesn't work! I won't bore everyone anymore with the video of it, my wife tried that. I won't bore everyone anymore with the video of it, my wife tried that. LOL A brother-in-law heard a noise at the door while sleeping in a cabin in New Mexico. He dreamt his wife had locked herself outside, and he got up to open the door-- it was a bear. His hollering about it immediately had everyone up teaming together in order to make sure the door was secure, while my father-in-law was sure to have had a firearm ready as a back up. 4 Link to comment

LOL, my wife screams out when she sees even a lady bug! That tarantula was just passing through. Talking about sleeping bags, once while camping here in deep east Texas I was breaking down the camp. When I rolled up the tarp under our tent a rattlesnake was under it. I took a shovel and cut his head off right there on the spot. Later, while chatting with a forest ranger I told him about it. He said that it is against the law to do so. Ooops! 5 Link to comment

You're a brave lady tcgram! Spiders give me the willies unless it's those teeny weeny ones, I don't mind those. 2 Link to comment
