Hello, friends. This is a kitten that has been around my parents' house.

It's a female.

I may be taking her to a vet for a checkup. I'm keeping her in a rabbit hutch.

Do you have any advice you can offer? It would be much appreciated.

The exercise equipment I currently use, to do something about my scrawny Asian body.
  • 10 Kg Dumbbell
  • Pull-up Bar
  • Ankle Weights
  • Gloves
Use the Dumbbells for bicep curls. May use them for other exercises in future. My nephew loves playing with...

Learnt this from one of Harry Lorayne's books. I learnt the association technique a long time ago, but it was a huge help.

Lets say you want to memorize a numbered list, and you want to be able to recall the 5th item easily, or any other number in the list. Let's take for example a list of 10 items.
