The exercise equipment I currently use, to do something about my scrawny Asian body.
  • 10 Kg Dumbbell
  • Pull-up Bar
  • Ankle Weights
  • Gloves
Use the Dumbbells for bicep curls. May use them for other exercises in future. My nephew loves playing with it when he's here. He has the idea that he can lift it or something :unsure:

Pull-up bar for chin ups mostly. Actually, just setting it up was a workout.

I don't use the ankle weights for running. Usually just use it to make my body heavier during my chin ups. I don't recall how much they weigh, a few pounds :hmm:

I don't have a regular routine. And I usually train after a lot of forcing myself, ha ha.

The other thing I do is the Kung Fu horse stance.

An excuse to test out my newly acquired camera :D

dont know if you could do this on your bed, depends on your mattress. good for triceps

3 sets of 8 reps to increase size, when it gets easier go up more weight.
