The exercise equipment I currently use, to do something about my scrawny Asian body.
- 10 Kg Dumbbell
- Pull-up Bar
- Ankle Weights
Pull-up bar for chin ups mostly. Actually, just setting it up was a workout.
I don't use the ankle weights for running. Usually just use it to make my body heavier during my chin ups. I don't recall how much they weigh, a few pounds
I don't have a regular routine. And I usually train after a lot of forcing myself, ha ha.
The other thing I do is the Kung Fu horse stance.
