You don't see that every day!

Posted by Waspie_Dwarf , in General waffle 20 December 2006 · 130 views

I had to go to the shops earlier today to buy some cat food. Whilst I was there I popped in to the local mall to buy some more Christmas. As I queued to pay I looked up to see a gentleman in Victorian style top hat and tails riding a penny-farthing bike inside the mall. That's something you don't see every day.

No it was a human being. I'm sure he was there to sell something but from where I was standing I couldn't tell what.

I didn't notice if he had a monocle. He had one of those old style pipes like you see Sherlock Holmes smoking in the movies.

The view from my bedroom isn't usually a spectacular one, but every now and then Mother Nature dips into her pots of paint are produces a sky like this.
