Well Lookie Here

My divorce was final in July 08 and I went back to Arkansas and picked up all my stuff in August. I came out pretty well in the settlement since the ex couldn't really dispute the fact that he was cheating with a chick half his age online as I had all the evidence. Yes, I am Scooby Doo. Anyway I have my kids and that was the main thing. They're 18 and almost 17 now, but still. Yanno.
I starting dating a guy I knew all through high school and jr high but had lost touch over the years in September.
We've been dating for 6 months now and he's great with my kids and I'm really very much in love!
I moved out of my parent's house this past January. The kids and I moved to TN into a house that we're renting and that has made life so much better! If I had to live with my parents much longer we were all going to kill each other! Living in 2 bedrooms with 2 dogs and 4 cats is not something I'll ever do again. *shudders*
Oh the ex married the chick he met thru WoW and he's raising her baby. He didn't tell his kids he re-married until right before they were supposed to go down there for a visit and that caused a bit of a mess. They went tho with persuasion from me and had a good time.
So anyway that's what has been going on!
Here's a video of me and the BF on New Years day-runk! Don't click it if you don't like bad words! LOL

My brother is trying to get us to say "Happy MF New Year's V". Yeah not sober enough to take directions. LOL
I love Family Guy

I had my divorce and I came out fabulously. I am going the week end after next to get all my stuff that I have not seen since October. That will be sweet.
Don't have much just trying to keep in touch with all of you guys!
PANDY email me!!
Now that we only have the laptop and both kids are doing work on it and games on it, I'm lucky to wrestle it away for 5 minutes at a time to check my email.
I'm still studying Buddhism. It's helping me deal with everything that's going on. Asians are funkadelic. Shazam.
Love you all!
guess what I did?

Mom's chemo is going okay. It makes her pretty sick to her stomach. I can't find her paper with all the huge words written down (sorry Pandy
Anyway, other than all that, it's going surprisingly well.
I wish I could say sssoooo much more. You'd get a hoot out of all of it.
I miss this place, but I really love my job. I have no idea though, what Bigfoot is up to (first person that says 8'6" gets a smack).
My new favorite movie is Sweeney Todd.
Well, now at least you guys know I'm not dead.

My new job is going great. Training class is a blast and we don't have any out and out jerks in there at all. I wish I could be in touch here more often. It has to come soon. I miss you guys so much.
Alina's home school is expensive but she seems to enjoy it and they have Japanese I and II.
I wish I had my Christmas decorations, but I wouldn't have a place to put them anyway. I did find a shop that sells Christmas crackers so that rocks!
I'll leave you with the Coop:
You're in my way
You crossed my line
You're in my face
You're on my case
You really waste my time
Don't like your style
Don't like your sound
You talk too much
You got no touch, you drive it in the ground
I'm gonna step on you
I'm gonna step on you
I'm gonna step on you
I'm gonna step on you
Don't like your smile
Don't like your clothes
Don't like your hair
And I don't care about your ruby pierced nose
You push too far
You talk too loud
You stay too long
You're in my song but you ain't in my crowd
I'm gonna step on you
I'm gonna step on you
I'm gonna step on you
I'm gonna step on you
You ruin my day and you're wrecking my night
I'm biting my lips because I'm ready to fight
I'm gonna sharpen my spikes
I'm gonna strap on my boots
I'm gonna squash you on sight
I'm gonna step on you
Step-step-step-step
You ruin my day and you're wrecking my night
I'm biting my lips because I'm ready to fight
I'm gonna sharpen my spikes
I'm gonna strap on my boots
I'm gonna squash you on sight
Don't leve no message on my telephone
Cut right through the bull, right to the bone
The snow in your nose and the crack in your brain
It used to be cool, now it's just insane
I'm gonna step on you
Step-I'm gonna step on you-step
Step!

Wanna hear a story? I watched my mom get a bone marrow biopsy the other day. If you think that's gruesome think about it being your mom and then it's gruesome +100. I wanted to go with her though and be there.
You know what love is? When my dad went to the cancer doctor visit with my mom and the doc told them that she had an 80% chance of surviving upgraded from a 50% chance because of something they discovered in one of the tests, my father, who is a former truck-driver and a retired cop, broke into a fit of uncontrolled sobbing that lasted for more than half an hour. He wept in joy and relief and couldn't speak for quite a while. That, my friends, is love and if you find it you have achieved Nirvana.
I have a job I start on Monday!! I think I'll like it a lot. You guys have all been great!
Derailing a bit:
Pandy, I will never forget the lesbian-Johnny Depp deal!!! Johnny sings in his new movie Sweeny Todd!!! I can't wait for that!!! And he has hair like Dave Vanian!!!

My mom has cancer but they've caught it early. It's bone cancer and she might have to have a bone marrow transplant. Right now she's taking radiation treatments. She's doing really well. I am glad I am here with her. I'm not clear on everything but they said that they can give her chemo with pills if and when she has to have it.
Anyway, just wanted everyone to know I was alive. I miss you all and I hope to be around more soon. I just set up the internet at my parent's house here so I am dragging them into the virtual world kicking and screaming but they finally caved when I used the old 'the kids need it for school' argument. Hee hee.
My ER Visit
Posted by coldethyl , 09 October 2007 - 02:12 PM
The Honda guys finished with my van and as they were handing me my keys I felt a pressure/pain behind my right eye and my vision went triple/blurry. I thought I was having a stroke. It scared me very badly. I went to my van and sat for just a second but the pressure behind my eye scared me. I came back in the garage area and asked a woman for help. She took me back inside and one of the Honda guys drove me across the interstate to the emergency department of the hospital. I was able to get in touch with my hubby there. They gave me a CAT scan. My brain turned out to be fine (haha) and the doc thinks I had an atypical ocular migraine. They gave me a shot of Demerol and Phenegran and sent me home with hubby to sleep.
I'm still a bit out of it, but I'm at work. Pretty scary. I just knew I'd had a stroke.

There's 2 waiting rooms here, one with a tv and one without. The one without the tv has the computers. So if you want peace, you put up with the noise of typing.
I've sneezed 4 times and he hasn't blessed me once, so I don't feel bad at all. B@stard.
I'll be at work soon. Today is the new guy's first day. The one that's replacing the guy I liked. He better be nice because I'm just in the mood to tear some people up.
Much love!
