Well to no avail I fell asleep like I normally do....but all is not lost. To be honest even though my mind was set my body wasn't. I couldn't fall asleep and with a class later that morning it wasn't a good idea to keep practicing hehe. I eventually starting slipping and gave in I guess you could say. Now it is a new day and a weekend so nights and mornings I am pretty free! I am just going to get a good nights rest then try in the morning when I have already slept a decent bit hopefully this will produce better results. I don't want to over think or try to hard or it will defeat the purpose. I guess I just have to go with the flow and be an observer. That's all for now I will continue this journey and update if necessary.
