A new Year Whoo Hoo (Sarcasm)

Ok here we go, and I'm an idiot.
Lessee what's goin on?
I have a job, where I basically get paid to do nothing, which isn't so bad, but the pay sucks, and on top of it, I hate doing nothing. So do what? Sit on here and "give advice" over on the Ghost forum, why not?
The night goes by just a little faster, and I get a small amount of gratification.
Let's recap last year real quick,
Had 2 hurricanes come through, the frist one Katrina was a pain in the butt, not that we saw much of it here, just the fall-out, evacuees, evacuees, evacuees. Then Rita that (expletive deleted) came through, left me without water for 4 days and electricty for 9, and as hot as it was I was very much no happy!
Then I got a little excited as October neared its end, time for me to get out of the Army, that went well, better than I thought. Just in case you're wondering, no I don't miss it, but I miss the people. Then got this job here, underpaid, but what do you want when you do nothing?
High point - Went to Nassau in November for a week, had a great time, believe it or not we were in bed before 1030pm, and asleep almost every night. spent the first 2 days and nights bummin around the hotel, after all I went there to take it easy and I loved it. I reccommend the Nassau Beach Hotel for anyone headed in that direction.
Christmas was good, got a Karaoke machine, I love to sing whilst I drink my libations of Grey Goose and Red Bull or Cranberry Juice.
Upcoming events - Got a Scuba trip planned for the beginning of Feb, might go to the Medina Lake area of Texas (Near San Antonio) to do some diving and visit family. Also planning a trip to Baja for some Scuba fun.
Also trying to go over to Atlanta for about a month for a school I want to go to if the money works out for me, if not I'll be (expletive deleted) off about that. Don't ask what school, I'm not going to tell you. Maybe we'll get lucky enough to sneak in a three or four day trip to cancun, but I doubt that, maybe we'll just take a liesurely drive to VA to see the family?
Some good horror movies coming out this year, Hostel, An american Haunting too? the new Underworld should be good as well, though I tend to think of that more as adventure with horror elements interspersed.
My house is still haunted, no change there, activity had dropped down to nothing for a while, we were sleeping in the guest room while we repeatedly tried to repair the waterbed which sprang a leak, finally got it fixed, started sleeping in there again and activity has picked back up, or so it seems. Now whatever it is that doesn't like my wife & I sleeping in the master bedroom has taken to making the timer (which buzzes irritatingly) on the stove go off, so we'll seee what it does next. Maybe it's just an old man and he doesn't like inter racial marriages? Dunno well (expletive deleted) him if he doesn't like it, we're not going anywhere any time soon.
Well that's all for now, Happy new year until I feel the need to relieve myself again, this was my Cranial defecation or my head taking a (expletive deleted)
