This looks like some sort of imitation of an Egyptian pyramid (Giza Plateau).

Not a 'stepped' one from India, but one with smooth sides.

The 'Tomb' was built around 1111 CE to honor the semi-mythical king Shaohao from 2600 BC, I can't find any examples of what a tomb from that era would be like. The monument looks like a Chinese 'pyramid' clad in stone... IMO

BTW, the 'Tomb' isn't a solid stone structure, it's just a earthen mount covered with stone...
