With five lakh copies of his mythological fantasy ‘The Oath of the Vayuputras’ sold within a day of its release earlier this week, Amish has become the new “literary popstar” as Shekhar Kapur described him. Westland, which published the trilogy, is paying up the big fat advance even though the writer hasn’t decided what his next book will be about. article a friend is bugging me to give this a read, you familiar with it ? verdict ? I have a bit too much on my reading list these days
The_Spartan Posted March 15, 2013 Author #6 Share Posted March 15, 2013 (edited) thanks for to link of gold my good man article a friend is bugging me to give this a read, you familiar with it ? verdict ? I have a bit too much on my reading list these days Have read it already. All the 3 books. Very LOTR-ish. mix of mythology, Philosophy & Adventure. Instead of potraying Shiva as a God, he is shown as a normal human being. which is more entertaining than the mythology. Al l3 are good books. Especially the 1st one - The immortals of Meluha. Have them as epub on my laptop and mobile. Edited March 15, 2013 by The_Spartan
