What Happens First: We meet Ghost or Alien?

Ok so this post is sort of in the wrong section heh, but I guess UFO section would also be wrong.

Now, I'm a known skeptic, but I want to pose an honest unloaded question mostly aimed at "believer."

Which event to you think will happen first on a national/global scale?

We "meet" a ghost, as in a ghost is proven to exist. (not saying how this happens just that it does, maybe he/it goes on Anderson Cooper I dunno.)

We "meet" a sentient alien life form, could be a space gerbil, just not a one celled blob or amino acid heh.

Actually, the only way aliens would present themselves 'globally' would probably be in the form of an invasion. Not sure how ghosts could pull it off.

I think ghosts and aliens are probably here just that there outside the range of our senses so we only see them or sense them on rare instances.

If they do choose to reveal themselves it will be on their terms and when there ready.
