Defense Contractor Weapons and UFO Beams

The purpose of that page is to compile alien entity cases. Even though there are variation in alien types many people also observe similar characteritsics. Certain types of alien being are more commonly reported than others. All cases may not be legit. However just because a witness rough sketch of an occupant looks silly I do not rule out that they may have had an encounter. We humans may appear silly to aliens. A witness sketch amy only be a rough approximation of what was really observed.

It's too bad the Aliens couldn't abduct someone with actual drawing talent. :P

A lot of it depends on the witness. The problem with debunkers is it's harder to explain things away if a craft lands and aliens are observed. It's either LIAR! or haluciantion. Problem is it's a wroldwide phenomenon. Too many people and cases invloved.

the problem is the lack if supportive evidence, claims and drawings are not gonna cut it...

This is wrong there is supportive evidence for UFO beam reports. My advice is to read more about actual cases invloving UFO beams etc.

A powerful searchlight could be interpreted as a beam. If beams and lasers existed back then than you would have a point.

Do you mean like when The Royal Navy used searchlights in 1882 to prevent Egyptian forces from staffing artillery batteries at Alexandria. Later that same year, the French and British forces landed troops under searchlights.

That is late 1800's. The photo I gave you was with Edison, first published in 1923, but he made it in 1915, and it was an improvement of an earlier model.

LINK - The Thomas Edison Papers

This collection consists primarily of letters exchanged between Edison and Secretary of the Navy Josephus Daniels, along with related correspondence. Many of the typewritten letters are accompanied by drafts in Edison's hand. The two letters in this folder are from June 1917. They pertain to a device to permit high-speed signaling with searchlights, which Edison invented at the behest of Lt. Miles A. Libbey of the Brooklyn Navy Yard. A photograph of the invention is included with Edison's letter.

And of course, these things have been around for Donkeys years too:

The Argand hollow wick lamp and parabolic reflector were developed around 1781 in Europe and deployed on the Cordouan lighthouse in France in 1782, with a rotating element being added in 1790. Well before your proposed time frame.

And of course the Lighthouse of Alexandria dates all the way back to 280BC, which had a furnace at the top to guide sailors. Beacons have a long history with man.
