Community Status Updates
Woke up at 6:20 with the anxiety attack to end all anxiety attacks: short of breath, trembling like a leaf on an aspen tree, ears ringing like a whole chorus of church bells. Should be an interesting day.
lizzieboo@AB: roflmfao! Do you by any chance know my cousin? Because the other day, she told me that I don't have any problems...that it is a DEMON causing my troubles. Do you know a good exorcist? *giggle*

spud the mackemCan I suggest a way to avoid these attacks.Sit in a chair with your feet up preferably, close your eyes and imagine you are in the best place you have ever been to, breath slowly and deeply, and relax,give it 5 minutes,and when you wake up a half hour later (ha ha) you will wonder why you had the attack in the first place,(maybe its Yoga I dont know) but a Shaolin Monk taught me this,and it works for me,Best Wishes.P,s Demons are crap.x
