Cow tougne, The wife cooked that in the oven one time and nearly made me throw up by just the gross smell of it, ewwww nasty,,

Edit to add rocky mountian oysters which is pig gonads, yuck,

I tried eating raw cow tongue once, but found out it was filled with sodium nitrite which made it nasty. My other issue was that.... Well, you're eating a tongue

I used to think sweetbreads sounded pretty good...I was thinking sugary dough. I was unpleasantly surprised.
