Mine is just from M.U.G. (Man's Unbifurcated Garment, like kilt or fustanella) and the Gum in front just to make it symmetrical. Now you know.

Thank's for dragging up this thread!

"Man's Unbifurcated Garment" I had to look that up. As in ?: http://www.destinysl...ated/index.html

That's one of the more obscure explanations so far, for sure. :)

LOL, I'm a sci-fi fan and always loved Battlestar Galactica when I was a kid.
Sci-fi mixed with mthology and best of all: Chrome Robots!
Not the new version from RDM, that was a pale immitation.

'Atlantia' was the president's ship that was destroyed in the first episode.

I change my display name about twice a year, just to keep it confusing. Currently, Maestro is my actual CB handle from my days as an office manager at a Railroad depot. I was responsible for coordinating shipping and yard arrangements, so...Maestro.

You had an actual CB handle? When I was 10, I sooo wanted a CB radio but my parents gave me the old, "Not until you're older." Then, when I was older, CB radios fell out of fashion.

And then a couple decades later the internet came along and then I realized, "I didn't really want a CB radio, I wanted a 'handle'."

Every time a picture popped up of something unusual he's say "Thats mental, man!"
So yeah, the name just stuck.

Absolutely, you need one if working in an environment where there are a lot of people coming in and out, some local, some from across the country. I worked for Norfolk and Southern Rail and if someone would have said "Hey Paul!" over the radio, 15 people would have answered.

Someone  ( who was serious ) asked me - Why do you call yourself - Beckys Mom ?

Well..see  that is because my daughters name is Rebecca  ( Becky for short ) and..I am her mother..And I couldn't be bothered trying to think up a trendy ID..

i figured the ladies are tired of the knight in the shining armor and let's face it they digs this name  :D

Yeah, cos I remember you totally being a knight in shining armour :P

My boyfriends nickname for me is TAQ, which is short of The Apple Queen. That comes from the fact that the town I come from is obsessed with apples. The entry statement is apples, the town emblem is apples, they have the big apple park, the big apple bakery, etc etc. And every 2 years they have the apple festival, before which they have the apple ball and crown The Apple Queen.

Anyway, whenever people hear about that, they ask if I was ever the apple queen. I'm short, pale, dye my hair black, dress almost all in black, have piercings, and I'm anti social. So the idea of me being the apple queen is ludicrous.

So that's where TAQ comes from. The Invader part is because I'm a big fan of Invader Zim, and on Facebook it says my job is Invader for the Irken Empire :P

And you run and you run to catch up with the sun, but it's sinking. Racing around to come up behind you again. The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older. Shorter of breath and one day closer to death.

Misstree. It sounds a little bit like Mystery and it has Miss in it. (I'm a girl, for those who haven't noticed)

Simple. Explain where you got the idea for your username.

Mine is the Scientific name of the Golden Eagle. Therefore it's latin. "Aquila" means Eagle, "Chrysaetos" means Gold.

What's your's?

Jesus Christ - Matthew 28:18-20 said:

"All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
