Is there any doubt that fractal geometry plays an important part in creation?

The million-copy bestseller by National Book Award nominee and Pulitzer Prize finalist James Gleick that reveals the science behind chaos theory

National bestseller
More than a million copies sold

A work of popular science in the tradition of Stephen Hawking and Carl Sagan, this 20th-anniversary edition of James Gleick’s groundbreaking bestseller Chaos introduces a whole new readership to chaos theory, one of the most significant waves of scientific knowledge in our time. From Edward Lorenz’s discovery of the Butterfly Effect, to Mitchell Feigenbaum’s calculation of a universal constant, to Benoit Mandelbrot’s concept of fractals, which created a new geometry of nature, Gleick’s engaging narrative focuses on the key figures whose genius converged to chart an innovative direction for science. In Chaos,Gleick makes the story of chaos theory not only fascinating but also accessible to beginners, and opens our eyes to a surprising new view of the universe.

Hmmm it plays on my iPhone. Well basically the first video starts from the largest scale model we have of the universe the cosmic back ground radiation map then zooms all the way to subatomic particles to the end of our current knowledge: the second is manbelbrot zoom sequence. Starting at the highest scales and zooming in. It is very very similar. I have seen maps of the the large galactic structures. Everything evolves as fractals. Which makes perfect sense actually when you think about it. Fractal geometry is about likness but changing with a set of rules. The universe evolving must be similar from moment to moment evolving based upon the laws of physics. I don't think it's possible to have anything other than a fractal universe.

But it dosnt stop there. Fractal constructs are self generating. Life is a fractal. Organisms reproduce in likeness but change based on a set of rules. When i Contimplate this for a moment, life must be prolific and the constant of he universe. There could be reason to think that the universe is alive and concious.

You know, you're part of the fractal too.

Have you ever noticed things you've thought about myseriously popping up in reality? lol

Yes. Everything is connected. Synchronistic events are very powerful.

If you like that type of documentary you may like
10X10   a short but eye opening little existential piece you can find on YouTube.
What the Bleep Do We Know - prepare to have mind blown if you haven't seen it yet
And I just watched Existence today, guy goes around asking different people, religious authorities & random people what the meaning of life is.  My favorite answer is from a 13 year old girl.  :)

I'd like to hear what you think of any one of those if you chose to watch.  ;)

Its the will of the internet deities ....

personally I just like to watch vids of forums and seminars without the fancy computer graphics to 'make a point clearer'
some just don't understand what the computer graphics is expected to do ...

I like sites like this .... http://www.youthfede...g-amb-for-peace
