The next group of americans with their had out saying give me, give me is wall street.  This was a small story on fox.  The stocks are as high as they are because the fed is printingmoney and the government is bailing everyone out.  Your company no longer has to be successful anymore the government will bail you out.

What could be wrong with that.  Why should only the poor and the rich who back the democrats be the only ones with their hands out.

There are other Mormons on this site. So if I have misspoken about the beliefs. I welcome their input.

Well...that is the final solution isn't it?  Where everyone is dependent upon the Gov?  Even business?

I know a lot of people that see it that way...but I see it slightly different.  The fact that so many people and organizations are turning to their "Uncle Sam" is because a very few, in very high places...want it that way.

I have little to no doubt that the really really big and old money of this world is pulling the strings on most if not all of the world governments.  If this is what is happening...it's because they want it that way.

But then again...you could look at it like this

Everyone is sucking up the taxes as a way of getting back the money they and their family paid into it for generations.  Let's face it, this Government doesn't really use it correctly now do they?...if you are not getting your back...oh well...

here's a relevant pic for you...

First picture above paints one of a society which lived off the spoils of war and exploitation during and soon after the era of imperialism.

Second picture is of a post-colonial world where we have global competitors, where we cannot just start wars and take their stuff, but actually have to take care of our own and be fair in the world.

The first picture ignores the many who were ignored with no safety net but is only representing those who benefited from the system.

The second picture is just a negative characterization of the safety social net but also ignores how the Romeny's profited from shipping over good jobs overseas and how much of the budget is allocated to both taking care of the "Greatest Generation" (those guys in the first picture) by way of a social security system that us younger folks won't be able to take advantage of and of all the wars we have been in that are only to the benefit of the war profiteers like the Cheney's of the world.

Collectivism... the Ds and Rs are together screwing Americans..... NOT just one party.

It was a Republican Prez in 2008 who used the former chief of goldman sachs to bail out gambling casinos ..... and....... it was a Democrat Prez in 1999 who allowed this shame to begin with!

The two party system sucks the bone.

Why does partisanship keep such a stranglehold over our country?   Unenlightened, intolerant stupid people who vote.

I just heard that the number of people on foods stamps just exceeded 101 million.  The report went on to say that this is more than the number in the private sector workforce.  I still need to confirm the numbers but I thought there were 154 million total with 25 million in the public sector??  But still, thatís 1/3 rd of the American population.  46 million are elderly but do the rest really need to be on food stamps?  If these are going to be on food stamps then they should at least harvest the food.  Thatíll eliminate the bulk of illegals.

If people work 8 hours a day and still need food stamps we surely have a problem. And that applies to most of those 100 million.

This may sound uncaring but it isnít.  But if they are working 8 hours and arenít making enough to live on, then they are living beyond their means and that is nobodyís fault but their own.  Expecting government handouts is just making it harder for the individual to learn how to survive.  To me that is far more uncaring.

If somebody has food beyond his means he will turn to criminality... and that is way more expensive than food stamps or pay decent wages for all.

If you are socially uncaring you wind up being uncaring towards your pocket book.

The economy sucks right now, and jobs are scarce. Obamacare will make things worse, because a lot of companies will fire people people to get under the 50 person mandate. I think that's why a lot of people are on assistance....Then you have the freeloaders of course,  and that would change if the government would crack down on the people who are abusing the system.

You seem to be doing a gangbuster job of that one right now.

I must not fear. Fear is the Mind-Killer. It is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and to move through me. And when it is gone I will turn the inner eye to see it's path.
When the fear is gone, there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.
