Brutal sex attack forces Italy to make laws for kicking out EU migrants

Italy yesterday brought in a law making it easier to expel 'undesirables' from other EU countries.

The move came amid outrage over the sex attack murder of an admiral's wife by a Romanian migrant.

Previously, EU citizens could only be sent home if they could be shown to pose a threat to the state, usually interpreted as a terrorist.

Now they can be kicked out if they are 'a threat to society', which allows more scope.

The change, and fears of a backlash over the murder, led to an immediate exodus of Romanians by bus.

The ruling was rushed through after RE teacher Giovanna Reggiani, 47, was beaten with a rock in a sex attack by a Romanian migrant and her body dumped in a ditch. She died two days after the attack in a suburb of northern Rome.

Nicolae Mailat, 24, from Transylvania, was arrested in his ramshackle hovel at a nearby gipsy camp a short while later.

He had two previous convictions for theft in his home country.

Once again, another continental (Community member) European country , rewrites the rules, they refuse to be put upon, by European law! good for them....

of course the British establishment will alway pride themselves on being sticklers for the law, while our government *Spam Filter* each other off, and congratulate each other on how forward thinking we as a nation are, Meanwhile the people of the nation, pay burden to the filth of the reality of what some people bring!

of course we are not able to air this without being labeled xenophobic ........

damn them all to hell

EDIT: Removed racist remark.

The real mistake was allowing these ex Eastern Bloc countries into the EU in the first place.

It was done simply so that big business, and mult-national corporations could have a ready supply of very cheap labour to drive down the prospects of wage inflation. Wage inflation sounds bad, but actually isnt because increasing wages means an increasing Standard of Living. As UK is essentially just a ServiceProvider (Banking etc) then wage inflation has little effect on General inflation.

I say re-write the treaties of accesion and exclude the newly arrived beggar nations. The EU should be exclusive to those nations that are at the core of Europe. God knows it is already almost impossible to maintain our Cultural Heritage as it is.

There is nothing wrong with having imigrants into the country as long as they are self efficient and not burden to the government. But leaving them alone and collecting government benefits without doing anything is whats wrong. They have to show the papers first that they have work waitning for them a and that they have housing available as well. No need to sponge on the peoples government. But it seems as if the government wants them so that they can control them and do their bidding. I say no papers then ship them back to theircountries from where they belong making sure that in the future they never come back . But the system would have to be able tohandle it

It always seems to be one law for the UK...and another for the rest of the EU.

lol like Spain would take any crap... if you've seen the Spanish Police, you'll know what I mean.

And who can forget Greek's new robust approach to immigration. ie throw em into the sea.

Woman and Children first, Billy?

cant think how hitler got this view of exterminating people? can you
Hitler was an, over Mothered ass, who fancied himself as an artist but failed miserably, thought he was an intellectual but was rejected by his peers and He was easily lead by his friends. All of these things lead to him having an unbalanced mind. And an over valued opinion of his own worth. Edited by Kismit

Over 12 % of the UK prison population are foreigners. How can they lose ? Come here, rob, steal, rape and murder and even if you get caught its 3 meals a day, bed, central heating, sky TV, pool table, xbox and the equivalent of a salary where they come from for sticking letters in envelopes. On release they are told to report to an airport for return to their home country, and guess what ?

Do you really consider Hitlers acts to be achievements?

"We're all Christ and we're all Hitler. We are trying to make Christ's message contemporary. We want Christ to win."

John lennon.

we all have that side in us... sometimes it's actually positive to let the hitler side of us to speak..it acts a release valve. you say it and then calm down.

Rather than suppress it within. Which, imo is really dangerous and why people are turning to the far-right.

Although the ability to suppress others/unpopular truths- is also the Hitler within us speaking.

I agree. Look at what a bunch of hoopla we had to get rid of those two street racers who killed that lady in Van. Oh, the poor boys, they were being sent back to India and were being ripped from their family's loving arms. WAAAAHHH! Maybe they should have thought of that before they broke the law. They took an innocent woman's life, they have no rights. It seems like the Brits and Canadians need a few changes to their laws when it come to immigrants.

The Italians are right kicking them out. i live abroad an i see what these foreigners get up too, for some reason they feelo its ok to do things they wouldent normally do in thier own countrys.

If they break the law, send em back where they came from.
