UFO on a snowboarders video

The link popped up on my newsfeed about how this guy filmed himself back in 2013 while snowboarding and noticed something strange. Not sure why the sudden hype but I guess he rewatched and noticed an object shaped like a stick in the sky.

Here's the link, the object appears around 2:05.

Now that I've been watching it for a few minutes it looks to me the most like a frozen in mid-air dragonfly.

I read a bit through the comments, it seems he's saying it's not a helicopter 'cause he would have heard it.

Nevertheless, shouldn't a helicopter be wobbled around by air currents or at least show some kind of movement? This thing looks pretty "frozen"

It's very easy to get a still pic - just pause the video, do a screen cap, and enlarge it.

It doesn't show much more than can already be seen to be honest - which to my eyes is clearly a helicopter. As for not hearing it, one look at his headgear probably explains that.

Hm, well... it is most certainly a UFO as we don't know exactly what it is, however... it seems like it's a helicopter.

Could be anything ! Or not. Or Maybe the Mountain Trolls, Maybe a Weather Balloon ! Its all up to the viewer !

At 2:25 into the vid he is looking in the direction of the object but he didnt took any further notice of it so the object

was something common. If it would have been something extraordinary, he would had continued to film it but he

didnt.

Modern helis have an automatic hover function that can freeze the helis position with a very high accuracy that cant be

accomplished by any pilot.

I must say, as some one who use to ski, and enjoy photography and videos, that was one beautiful video. Very sharp, very clear, and loved watching him snow board down the hill.

Now, on to the subject of the video:

That is what it looks to me too. Very odd. I even thought I needed to wipe off my laptop screen, until I realized, the screen and it was moving as the snowboarder went further down the hill. But, yeah, it seems to just hover right there. I thought maybe an electrical line with it being some taped up section or something. Yet, I cannot see if there are any lines.

I don't know, it seems very odd.

Wouldn't the snow boarder hear it. I could hear the sounds of his snowboard sliding on the snow, but I don't hear it. Granted, it's further away, but he doesn't seem to make an acknowledgement of it. Having heard helicopters all the time in every place I have lived, their blades cause quite the loud thumping sounds.

I noticed it. It look like a quick glance to it. I also noticed, he would look all over the place, like trying to drink in all of the beauty of the place. ( yeah, I'm surmising his reasoning for glances )

I think, if he did notice it, and it looked out of place, he would have at least did a double take. And I think he was standing at the time, not snow boarding. I think he thought at the time, that it looked like a lonely little dark cloud and forgot that is what he thought of it, when viewing later.

And I didn't know that about helicopters.

I'm going to agree with him, as a military wife for twenty one years and living on and off various bases, there are such things. And probably things still in the process of being tested. .................. I think................. I guess.................... something close to that.

That is also at a different angle. The helicopter in this image may also be of a different size... and may just be a complete different type of helicopter altogether, assuming that the object in the video is a helicopter... though based on the image you provided of the object with zoom applied... it does seem like it is a small cloud.
