Astral Projection help

Ok so last nighy i tried to do astral projection when my body started to twitch. I read a post saying that it's normal, but i also felt like a pen writing on my back. I just ignored it and stop trying to astral project. After i was asleep i sprt of woke up and started feeling my body twitch,but i also felt a warm feeling in my hands and chest that made me feel rested. Can anyone please explain this?

Sounds like sleep paralysis. Tingling in the extremities is a symptom of that. Or, your limbs were asleep due to restricted bloodflow and you shifted, allowing blood to return. Tingling is commonly felt when blood rushes back to a restricted limb.

Don't do astral projection. My pastor used to be into that stuff and later found out that its an occult practice. if God dosn't want you to do it, or if God is not involved with it...Don't do it. But because you are intersted in something spiritual, God probably has a calling for you that is spiritual. God has a million different things he can use you for. You have to seek Him and he will tell you. He can use you to heal people, he can use you propheticly...and show you things to come. He can use you to cast out demons. He can give you visions and dreams. He's taken people out of there bodies before (taken them to heaven...and to see various things). He says in His word

Jeremiah 33:3New American Standard Bible (NASB)

‘Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’

So, Why don't you test Him on this and leave the other stuff behind.
