The U.S. Government Found Guilty

Martin Luther King's family sues the U.S. Government for CONSPIRACY to commit MURDER and won.

Look the case up for yourself. I'd like to know why it wasn't reported and a big deal made about it. Because I think it's a HUGE story.

So one case PROVEN-that says to me there's many more conspiracies around that could be too.

But why wasn't it on the news ????

Why do you say it wasn't reported ?

from the center org :

After four weeks of testimony and over 70 witnesses in a civil trial in Memphis, Tennessee, twelve jurors reached a unanimous verdict on December 8, 1999 after about an hour of deliberations that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated as a result of a conspiracy. In a press statement held the following day in Atlanta, Mrs. Coretta Scott King welcomed the verdict, saying , “There is abundant evidence of a major high level conspiracy in the assassination of my husband, Martin Luther King, Jr. And the civil court's unanimous verdict has validated our belief. I wholeheartedly applaud the verdict of the jury and I feel that justice has been well served in their deliberations. This verdict is not only a great victory for my family, but also a great victory for America. It is a great victory for truth itself. It is important to know that this was a SWIFT verdict, delivered after about an hour of jury deliberation.

all the trial transcripts are there and available in pdf files for download too

I think what the OP meant when they said it wasn't reported was that it wasn't reported by main stream, where it would become common knowledge. How many people know about this? I know I didn't till today. This should have been a bigger story then Kaitlyn Jenner.

Just goes to show that main stream is a government entity. I don't know how anyone can continue to trust them.

Conspiracies such as they are exist most of the time in secret or they wouldn't be conspiracies. Given that there is usually such a high degree of secrecy by the time it comes out, Justice of any kind is nearly impossible and the public's interest in whatever an agency or group committed it is so far out of the public eye that apathy wins. While I do not believe every conspiracy especially at face value, those that have been proven true are seriously damning and damaging of the public trust people have of government and agencies of the government. They have their own agenda, but between the greedy and downright stupid politicians, it seems impossible to hope that any one of them is honest and incapable of using their power for nefarious purposes.

I'm not sure if it would be a good thing or a bad thing to become national news. With the whole 'black lives matter' thing going on and the re-awakening of the black panther pary from back in the 60's.....

.....my concern would be this: if it would have made headline news all over the country, would 'said' people be smart enough to finally see what the government [including their molloto president] is still doing to them? Or would they riot in the streets and claim it's justifiable?

That's a big question.

I agree that it was a conspiracy and that the US wanted Martin Luther King dead. They gave him what- like 30-something days [don't quote me] to kill himself and he didn't do it...and well- we all know what happens next.

The United States government is so out of touch with reality that it sickens me. They deserve to have to answer for everything they've done- but in this case, I don't think it's ever going to happen. Sad, but true.

Martin Luther King's family sues the U.S. Government for CONSPIRACY to commit MURDER and won.

They didn't sue the US Government - who weren't able to produce any sort of defense in the case, given that they weren't named as defendants.

They sued Loyd Jowers.

Judge Joe Brown was the judge. It was a conspiracy, but not by the government. Ray was surrounded by white racists. He did it for money.

Quit inserting facts into this.

It appears that this was supposed to be a bash the whole USA government thread.

Can't say they haven't earned it.
