Possible Demonic Haunting, Need Urgent Help

Hi all,

This is my first post on this forum, And here's what is the latest of strange occurrences that has happened in my girlfriends house.

Last night around between 3 am and 3.15 am my girlfriends mother and father were in bed when the mother was woken by a hand trying to grab her out

of the bed, When she woke she saw this black figure standing at her bed, It had red eyes and its head was shaped like a dogs head, Being used to strange things happening in her house she quickly tried to blank it out and go back to sleep whilst saying her prayers when she felt the hand again trying to grab her out of the bed, This is when she jumped across to her husband who woke up. The strange thing is, while the mother was seeing this figure and trying to go back asleep the father was dreaming he was fighting with this sort of dog on the bed and in his dream the mother tried to help and screamed "Go Away!" and that's when he woke up to find the mother in terror, The mother also reported a fog in the room.

This sounds possibly demonic to me but i need other opinions, This is only 1 story out of countless others that happened in the house, There was a death in the house before they occupied it, A woman got left home from the local public house by her husband because she a had a bit too much to drink and her husband went back out, While she was up in the bathroom she came out and fell down the stairs and broke her neck and died, I dont know if this has anything to do with the haunting,

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Alan.

That is a really creepy event. I would probably ask a local minister, priest, rabbi, or other religious authority to bless the house. Alternatively, she can bless the house herself by using sage, cedar, or even lavender incense. Light it, say a prayer asking for protection from evil and harm, and walk through the house, waving the incense smoke in each room and repeating prayers.

Good luck to your girlfriend's parents.

Thanks for the replies, Ive been reading a few posts and it seems some members dont believe in demons, So im sorry if this is the wrong place to post about it, But im just looking for help for my girlfriend and her brothers and mother and father.

Another story that happened on monday the 10th, Her mother and father actually went away for the week end the previous friday, And i stayed over and me, my girlfriend and her brother were down stairs talking watching t.v untill about 2.45 and we decided to go to bed, but for an hour or two before we went to bed we were talking about the hauntings in the house and kind of making fun of it, So we wouldnt be freaked out. But when me and my girlfriend went to bed (Again around 3 am-3.15 am) we were lying there in the dark going asleep when all of a sudden we heard a bang on her wardrobe which is less than 10 foot from us, also all the windows were closed so it wasnt wind, She got a fright and i thought it was her little dog that was sleeping in its bed on the floor, I presumed it got up and bumped off the wardrobe door so i got up and turned on the light to find it fast asleep, still not convinced i picked the dog up and put him on the floor but the noise of his nails and paw's on the hardwood floor we would of surely heard before we heard the wardrobe bang so that ruled him out, Also about 20 minutes later we were trying to sleep again when we both heard the noise of something rubbing across a duvet on a bed, the same sort of noise you would make if you moved you leg in bed kind of a sooshing sound across the blanket but none of us moved i was still awake, And my girlfriend said to me "Did you move your leg and hit my foot" and i said "No i didnt move but i heard that noise" she actually felt someone or something hit her foot, so i heard what she felt, she also heard it aswell.

There is two dogs in the house, An alsation and a tiny yorkshire terrior, but also i find weird is, A black cat showed up one day at their house, they dont know who owns it or where it came from but it does sleep in the boys room, I thought that was very weird because of the whole black cat superstition, Could be just my imagination running wild though.

From time to time the alsation does look in a corner of the sitting room barking with his heckles up and one time my girlfriend was last awake in the house and was locking up to go to bed when the alsation started barking on the stairs looking down threw the banisters into the sitting room, when my girlfriend went out to see what was wrong it was ice cold in the hall, this was in the middle of july during a spell of nice warm weather, and her mobile phone fell and smashed on the ground, as if she had it in her pajama shirt pocket and it fell out as she bent over to pick the smaller dog up, But she left her phone over on the table behind her,

But the latest with the figure with the red eyes and dog shaped head has been the scariest for them.

Oh and by the way, No it wasnt the alsation in her room she saw, He was in the sitting room plus the bedroom door was locked

As far as i know it was just red eyes looking down on her, Ill have to get more information on this, The house has been blessed 3 times in the past, Also my girlfriend and two brothers have seen apparitions in the past when they were kids, Its always been the same 2, A little girl and a man my girlfriend can only describe as looking like a viking (long hair and beard with menacing eyes)

Sleep Paralysis: Demon in the Bedroom

Ever feel you're paralyzed in your sleep? And an evil presence is by your bed? Here's what's going on.

The woman was in her late 50s. Every night she would fall asleep and then dream that she was unable to move, but that her husband was coming into her room and trying to attack her. Helpless, she could neither move nor cry out.

"This went on for several years," says Clete Kushida, MD, PhD, an associate professor of psychiatry and behavioral science at Stanford University. "It was very difficult. She was exhausted." It turns out the woman had a sleep disorder called sleep paralysis -- when a person is asleep, but immobilized. Like many who have sleep paralysis, she was also having "hypnagogic hallucinations" that she was being attacked. "It's not a serious condition," Kushida says. "But it can be very disturbing."

Do Seniors Need Less Sleep?

When it comes to myths about sleep, this one refuses to nod off -- and stay asleep. Contrary to popular opinion, older people don't need less sleep than the average person. In fact, adults require about the same amount of sleep from their 20s into old age, although the number of hours per night varies from person to person. But many older adults get much less sleep than they need, for a variety of reasons. Take Harry Gaertner, a 68-year-old retiree from Richardson, Texas. He remembers first being...

Sleep Paralysis Causes

Just why or how it happens isn't clear. Researchers believe sleep paralysis is caused by a disturbed rapid eye movement cycle because it mostly happens as people are falling into or coming out of REM sleep. During that stage, their brains normally paralyze their muscles anyway -- so they don't act out their dreams. But during sleep paralysis, the sleeper is awake, or half awake, and so is aware she cannot move.

Studies show that between 25% and 50% of Americans have had sleep paralysis at least once. Many people who have it also have narcolepsy, in which they fall asleep uncontrollably. Sleep experts believe sleep paralysis might be partly genetic.

Other causes include stress and disrupted sleep schedules (think jet lag or pulling an all-nighter). Several studies have also found links between social anxiety or panic disorder and sleep paralysis.

Clearly, an episode of sleep paralysis can be scary, which has led to some unorthodox theories. Research shows that people in countries as diverse as China, East Africa, Mexico, Newfoundland, and the United States have long believed that paralysis is caused by demons, witches, or other supernatural creatures sitting on their chests and sometimes trying to have sex with them.

Often the experience is accompanied by noises (like loud buzzing), sensations of being dragged out of bed or flying, and difficulty breathing. In fact, some researchers believe sleep paralysis is what's really going on with stories of alien abductions.

What Can You Do About Sleep Paralysis?

Sleep paralysis is frightening, but sleep specialist Clete Kushida, MD, PhD, says people can take steps at home to stop the episodes.

Skip the nap. "Nappers seem more prone to sleep paralysis than non-nappers," Kushida says, "unless the nappers always sleep at the same time each day."

Get as much sleep as possible. "There seems to be some evidence that people who are sleep deprived enter REM very quickly, which means they're still awake as their body gets paralyzed," Kushida says.

Don't sleep on your back. Sleep experts have found a correlation between sleeping in a supine position and being vulnerable to sleep paralysis.

Seek care. Because sleep paralysis might be linked to other sleep disorders, including REM disruptions and narcolepsy, it's important to see a sleep specialist if your paralysis occurs often, Kushida says. And if you're dealing with high levels of stress or anxiety, consult a mental health professional.

There is nothing to suggest a demonic haunting at all. It sounds like an astral entity passing through which the parents experienced since they both had perceptions of it, and i doubt the other activity is related. The spirits that they saw growing up have nothing to do with it. It's common for people to connect everything to one source, but there can be multiple things going on in one space at any time, because there is multiple layers and levels. Ask any astral projector who can perceive these things and they will tell you the same thing. Unless something like that entity makes repeated visits and makes its intentions clear, i would stay clear of trying to label this and not allow the emotions/fear of this to cloud all of your perceptions.

If this was happening in my house i would just ignore it, stuff like this passes through from time to time, to me it's normal.

How are you getting these stories? Is the mother telling you this, or shes telling her daughter and she's telling you? Are you all just sitting around talking about this?

That does seem demonic .My two worst incidents started with dreaming .I was very young .

So it sounds very familiar .

You need to banish it .

Start by just saying aloud ,"leave, you are not welcome here.".

Everyone living there should do it.

And when things occur,or are seen, again, say it aloud .say it with conviction .

If you have a witchcraft shop near you ,you need to go ask them to make you a banishing candle, and you need to salt and smudge the entire house.

To salt, get a hold of as much sea salt you need,to surround the entire house with it . To smudge, burn sage or another incense ,through every room, reaffirming ,it needs to leave.

Salt the home first .

Then smudge and burn the candle .

It forces it to leave, and the salt prevents it from going back in .

I wouldn't worry about the cat btw .

Second of all they're not "Pulling my leg" because they happen to be very trustworthy honest people, And i have witnessed stuff for my self. Would you say them moving out of the house for a week over these occurrences is pulling my leg? I very much doubt it.

Alan,

First clue someone is making something up for attention :

They get defensive and rude when questioned, or offered a explanation other then " paranormal ".....

Sorry, my opinion has been substantiated.

Quite frankly ,I think some of these are being made up to drag me into it,just to see what I say .

I don't like to not give someone the benefit of the doubt though .

It is getting tiresome however .....

I doubt it is to see what you say, it is for attention. It also may be to see what people that believe in these things say, so you may be right there.

It is very tiresome, I agree.....What is tiresome is that whether we believe in these things or we do not, people on both sides do like to help the person one way or another with suggestions, and possible answers......This is where bot " believers " and " skeptics " need to both look close at the OP's stories, and first establish if they are sincere, and have a real issue to discuss. We all need to weed out crap posts.....Try to anyway.

It is a waste of time to both sides when people make things up.

Hello Alan,

I’m not sure if you will accept a solution for your friend house haunting from Arabia or not but, it seems the house has a (residents) from what we call them a jinn. A being unseen to human and living among us since the start of humanity and some say they are older than humans in rooming the earth

.

Now, these beings hate specific things and cannot continue to stay in a place , where God is worshiped for example. other thing like the cleanness of the house and people expels them.

I’m Muslim myself and i heard stories about the jinn and you can see for example this YouTube link

(skip to 1:34 for fun ) of jinn exorcism

Now for a solution for the problem of this house which might work or (not) is to play through a pc speaker or any audio device in a good volume this exactly (Quran verses) named Albaqarah on this link http://server6.mp3quran.net/abkr/002.mp3

Or search for it Google: Holy Quran - Albaqarah for a week and more if needed (loop) in any time even if they leave the house

I know that most of the people here are Christians and might not accept this, but we warship the same GOD and we seek pace

Mind my English

I felt i need to explain more to what this Quran Verses will do to those jinn, as we Muslims believe it will expels them from the house as it draw Angels to the house . At that point it impossible for the jinn to stay further more in the present of Angles

Ahhhhh...Th Jihn again...

Someone just shared with me how to summon one, and it does not work.

Claiming it is one certain religions demon cracks me up. No one can even prove what religion is the right one ( if any ), and people are killing each other over a couple of them, and now we can say what spirit it is?

You do not have a demon, or a ghost....

Summon the jinn is a bad idea  and who do carry it, is basically selling his soul to Satan, and again I think you don’t believe in his existence

These creatures hate humans to the bones

You think I don't?....I just said previously I do not.

They are a fear of God tactic, made up......If you don't want to fear them, or even fear they exist at all, don't believe in them.

I used to be scared of things being under my bed, when I realised nothing was there I no longer feared that......Why did I think things were under my bed?

Stories, television, and other things put into my head......Things that have nothing at all to show they exist other then people telling me they do.And actually, more things proving they do not exist, such as no evidence at all.

I believe you are an Atheist

I do not think we have a common ground to start with. As your (way) of life through everything we, who believe in a creator of every things out of the window.

And again atheism stops short of explaining supernatural phenomenons
