anyways, I have often wondered this myself, but its not an issue I think.

I also thought Ren and Stimpy was a gay couple.

Spongebob or any other cartoon being watched by children is not being interpreted by them the way it is by the confused and brainwashed adults. How about letting your child enjoy a cartoon and you go read a book..??

I will admit the first time I saw Spongebob with my daughter I thought to myself..."he's a bit gay isn't he?" but my daughter didn't even remotely have the same thought...so instead of telling my daughter my opinion...he let her form her own...(free will)...I know scary huh..? If the Church had it's way we would all be walking around in robes with a bible in our hand and praying for our souls all day long...and we would be executed if we did not.

The whole thing is a modern day witch hunt...they believe all gay men or women are possessed by demons and it's Satan's fault....just like Salem....sound familiar..?

Where do the Catholics come into it? I don't think Catholicism is particularly big round those parts. It's all Orthodox around there.

(Yes, I know that originated from Catholicism, but they haven't talked to each other since the Great Schism.)

I have seen almost every eposide and only a few reference such so hard to say if they are actually a couple, I would say the both have crushes on each other but never really make it clear that they are together

Why? straight things are promoted all the time? why couldnt the gay community have a gay cartoon?

May be your answer will be becuase straight is normal?

I would answer, No love is normal, The sex of the person should NEVER matter.
