Very nice article to read, She-ra. Especially about meditation. I love meditation.

I believe a quit mind is a sound mind, away from the human sea of chaos, from which we call society.

has anyone else tried this specific meditation?

this bit intrigues me,

Once you feel a connection to this space you may begin to feel tingles or the gentle hum of your soul.

Been getting this a lot, even without meditation..

I'm not expert or anything but you might be connecting with some vibrations (energy) surrounding you; especially if you are near any crystals.

But no, the Vibe comes and goes and doesn't seen connected.. Is most prominent when returning to my home after short excursions.. the vibe emanates near the crown.

When I meditate I feel tingles going up and down my legs and arms. I love it, its a great way to get to a peaceful place and be open to communication

In meditation ia a great power. But, there are several different paths, every spiritual school has own according to their goals.

For example Buddhists meditate for achieve ending the cycle of lifes and Taoists for a better life - see The secret of the golden flower, by Richard Willhelm.

So, I think, before you start real meditations You should have a specific goal.

Meditation can also help you go to sleep if you're having trouble sleeping at nights (and days).

I often meditate because it's very relaxing and helps me to understand things clearer.
