cemonesprit Posted September 22, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 22, 2014 Hi, So l was just recently introduced to meditation like a month ago by my own. I've been concentrating and listening to meditation music at least 2 times a week. The first time I had the experience, after like 30 minutes of deep concentration, I appeared on what looked like a hospital waiting room but empty and I was siting on a chair. Then, out of nowhere, I caught something on the corner of my eye and it was a creature. At first I got scared and did nothing but hid behind a plant that was there as decoration. It creeped me out but I just remember keeping looking at it hidden and it would not move. It was like 3mts away from me. It was color melon and had 6 eyes, however, it's two main eye looked very melancholic. I kept staring in it's eyes hidden. The creature wouldn't move, talk, do nothing, the whole time it just stood there looking at me thru the corner of it's eyes too. I felt melancholic and sad looking at it's eyes, it was just a sort of..."I give up" stare. I've had other experiences, like, I meditated at the beach and when I opened my eyes I saw a triangle with an eye on the center very transparently defined at what I could see was the end of the ocean. It was huge. Then I've seen a quiet creature as well looking at the straight in the eyes, but I don't remember much of what it looked like, I was focused on my surroundings. Last time I meditated I saw the sun on the beach on what seemed like moved to the left and there was a huge black hole. Like the sun was covering it but I could see that there was a black hole behind it. Anyway, I have no one to talk to about this, I know no one that meditates or have like vocabulary about it to do further research. Is there like a site or a book or something where I can read about what are this creatures? Ever since my first time meditating, I want to know who the first creature was, where did it come from. I don;t think I could have made it up, what does it mean? It just looked sad, I want to help I guess.

quiXilver Posted September 23, 2014 #6 Share Posted September 23, 2014 It's very possible to go from deep meditation directly into the dream state. The body can fall asleep while the mind remains active and awake.

The most notable that I can recall was a Grey Alien who I've seen on a Several occasions. There was nothing melancholic about it's eyes.. I also saw this while in a pretty deep state while using a home-made mantra.. Anyway, I have no one to talk to about this, I know no one that meditates or have like vocabulary about it to do further research. The only limitations we place on these experiences are the ones we create ourselves, or the misguided interpretations made by others... Keep trying.. There is nothing irrational in seeking the kind of answers to the questions you are asking..
George Ford Posted September 30, 2014 #8 Share Posted September 30, 2014 I wish I could meditate and see strange creatures. Unfortunately the only things I've seen are shadow creatures and they a very vague and you can't see their eyes.

You should think of if as an allegorical image. With time you may come to understand the meaning.
