Doubt it, 26% of the primary energy in the USA is imported.

We're even predicted to be the world's #1 oil producer by 2017.   You shouldn't let statistics that have nothing to do with the US energy industry cause you to doubt the US energy industry.   Thirst for energy can't be used as a reason to doubt industrial output.  Our imports aren't our industry.   Don't let the Republican party talking points fool you.  Net imports have decreased every year since 2005.

The US energy industry is on a tear so strong, we're widely predicted to become a net exporter of energy in our lifetime for the first time ever!

And we finally will have reached the level of Saudi Arabia, net energy exporter and net industrial product importer... but I guess we had enough of this rail.

You can't judge public opinion by who likes or dislikes something on a message board.

actually that is the best source for unedited\unbiased public opinion, or ppl that leave rsponces are not public?

The only unbiased is there where all participate or have an interest in participating with all having the chance to do so. Else you might conclude from the message board of the Communist Party of America that all of the USA wants to be Communist.

lol, that is your defenition of unbiased, you can see it anyway you want, it doesn't mean that is how it is. it has nothing to do with how many ppl particapate.  and everyone has equal chance to post anything they have on their mind.

and no I would not conclude from the message board of the Communist Party of America that all of the USA wants to be Communist.   but i'm sure you would.lol,

Now, don't throw complicated terms at him.
