Yes well, even then you're using one of MY patents.
I invented invention!

I must not fear. Fear is the Mind-Killer. It is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and to move through me. And when it is gone I will turn the inner eye to see it's path.
When the fear is gone, there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

Gades is today called Cadiz.  It's in Spain.

Ascension is WAY too far south.

Harte

the quote that you put from your link said...

"...obtained as his lot the extremity of the island towards the Pillars of Heracles, facing the country which is now called the region of Gades in that part of the world..."

If the EXTREMITY of the Island was facing Spain......then the land could have gone a long way south
down what is now called the Atlantic Ridge...?

Ascension Island must have been one of the highest points on the Atlantic Ridge, as it is now still above sea level...

and that's one of the reasons I am suggesting it MIGHT have been the location for the Stargate...

I also find the place names on the island rather intriguing....

And ascension....well....that would fit in nicely for a Stargate...

Hmm, Pyramids, Cristals and Pillars? :unsure2:

Life is a hideous business, and from the background behind what we know of it peer daemoniacal hints of truth which make it sometimes a thousandfold more hideous.

Good luck trying to get Starhunter to answer a direct question.
I tried to do that in another thread: http://www.unexplain...ic=273114&st=45
It's for you and Badeskov to work out.
If you were really into finding things out, you would only need a hint to get an answer.
Do less debunking and scoffing and ask more pertinent questions.

All atoms vibrate without exception unless cooled down to absolute zero temperature. That is the definition of heat. If they are not vibrating they are at the absolutely zero temperature, whatever means was used to get there (laser trap, for instance). You really have no grasp of even basic physics or nomenclature, do you?
Cheers,
Badeskov

Then I guess people are wondering why you'd want an explanation from me...so desperately.

The fact that I've had personal knowledge of the existence of Atlantis isn't a belief to me, its an awareness of the truth.

I got the explanation I needed from you and it was expected you not understanding basic physics.

Cheers,
Badeskov

I prefer IMpertonent questions personally ;)

I started reading science fiction at a very young age. I enjoyed it, immensely, while never entertaining the notion that any of it was true. Later on, I became interested in UFO literature, enchanted by the notion that  it was based on an extraordinary reality. Unfortunately, after a few years, I realiized it was mostly science fiction, too, only very poorly written. I would love to see real evidence of ET, but if you are required to suspend your disbelief to accept proof, you're dealing with science fiction, not science fact.
