I think they missed spelled that It was USO , an un-names Russian Sub with a Cloaking Device! Or not !

I doubt if it's anything so simple as the plot of a Hollywood B-movie starring Ronald Reagan. If it is a movie at all, it's probably more like The Spy Who Came in from the Cold, which has always been one of my favorites.
