Telekinesis Advice

OK let's start off. I need some advice that anyone can give me on clearing my mind and how to do TK. Please Reply back. I also have a movie of me doing tk.

I dont know how to do tk that good, but to clear your mind visualize a dark room with a dumpster where you throw all your thoughts in then have a garbage truck drag it away into a black hole, and then the black hole closes.

You may want to just do a breathing excersize. On every inhale (take deep breaths) count up one, I usually go to 20. Keep your eyes closed and just kind of let thoughts go in one side of your head and out the other. I find the in TK though visualization very rarely works. I feel that the subconscious is really the workhorse behind it. Not simply thinking "MOVE!! TURN, ROLE!" It takes a while but you'll get it.
