Witching Hour Knock on Front Door

I was laying down to sleep in the livingroom, because I have GERD and will choke on stomach acid that creeps up my esophagus. So, I have to sleep sitting up, couch is the best place for that. I had fell asleep, then I hear this quick, loud knock - twice on the front door. I jolted awake and so did my fiance', well I jumped up and opened the door that was just 7 feet from the reclinable couch that we were sleeping on. Took less a few seconds to open the door and walk out onto the porch. The gate that was 25 feet from the front porch was still locked. I hear a man's voice say, "HEY, COME HERE!" Scared the holy crap out of me and I darted back into the house and called 911. They came pretty quick and checked the lots on both sides of me, each side of me is empty lots, they said nothing or anyone was there. This has me freaked out so bad, that I came over here to my mother in law's house to nap.

I used to be a proclaimed atheist, up until March 16th, 2016; when I was saved. My fiance' says nonchalantly that it's the demons my pastor warned me about, trying to get me to follow them instead of God. I followed me feet and ran the heck over here! I may be crazy, but I'm far from stupid. The police found nothing, so should I even talk to my pastor about it? I just miscarried as well, this Monday April 4th. I am looking for any reason this could happen, because I still have the hair on the back of my neck standing up.

I did but we've had two deaths in the family in the last two years. The last one was my nephew who was 21. I live in the downtown area and there are cops everywhere, that's the only reason I did open the door. When I lived in the boonies - someone did knock on my door at 2:30 am, while I was watching Medium. I looked out the peep hole on the front door, saw a large man standing on my front deck. I grabbed the baseball bat that was stays at the door, and leaned down and unlocked my pit-bull's crate and let her go up to the front door barking. I went to the third bedroom and saw the man run off the porch and walk down the road on foot and get into a car about 1200 feet from my trailer. I called the Sheriff's and reported the incident. So, if I open the door - one of my four American Bullies is with me.

Houdini, he's the mean one that takes after his momma. Hercales who is more like his pappa, friendly unless I feel uneasy, then he's mean.

These two do not like each other anymore, so we have to keep them separated.

Here is PAPPA, He is ABKC registered American Stafford-shire Bully. He looks mean, but he's just the biggest teddy-bear; but he does NOT LIKE ARGUING or confrontation AT ALL!!!! He's also spoiled rotten, has to sleep under the covers with us, he is a pillow hog, a bed hog, and a cover hog.

Here is MAMMA! Now she is the one that you answer the door with. She's "THE BOSS!" She is a rescue that we saved. She was left tied to the corner metal fence post. She was used for breeding and left. We've had her for two years now and she is pregnant for her second time - but this will be her last time! We came home one afternoon to her showing her tail, we walked up to the fence and seen a finger on top of the ledge of the fence. We called the police and told them there was a pinky finger on the fence, they looked up our address and said that there hadn't been any dog-attack reports at our address, to just throw the finger away! MOMMA is the one that answers the door with me!

It's nice you have dogs making you feel protected at home. If there were any ghosts and spirits, dogs can easily pick upon that.
