How on earth is "Bird Hits Window" news.

I mean the whole birds leaving imprints has happened to me a few times, once with a freaking duck. Now that was a bang.

The topic isn't about a bird hitting a window, it's about the homeowner thinking the noise he heard was a burglar.........as stated in the topic title.

I didn't mean to offend I just really don't understand how this made the news, its just such a non story. Also after reading the story I would say the bird (and it's imprint) is the focus rather than what he thought it was.

Let me change my previous statement.

How on earth is "Bang In Night Temporarily Concerns Household" news.
