Deadly Nightshade Posted December 14, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 14, 2004 Thelemites are the ones who believe in just one law only and that is: "Do as thy Will" "Shall be the whole of the law" We believe that no one should stop someone doing their will, whatever it may be. Every man, Every woman, is equal. They are shining stars of the universe and are trying to recondition the world. One should not get in ones way. We are not devil worshippers but many have the notion that we are. We worship the divine entity, The God and Goddess. Blessed Be. Nightshade. xxx. Seraphina Posted December 14, 2004 #4 Share Posted December 14, 2004 I'm not mocking, I'm just wondering exactly how far the "do as thy will" extends Are you staunch pacifists? Would you stand back and let a crime be commited for example?
Deadly Nightshade Posted December 14, 2004 Author #5 Share Posted December 14, 2004 Obviously if a crime has been committed , there is not much anyone can do. If a crime is going to be committed and I knew of this before it happened, no I would not stand back . "Do As Thou Will" is another phrase of saying , that nobody has the right to stand in the way of what they believe in.....their will is to be done, so be it. Calling again to all THELEMITES!!! tupac amaru Posted December 14, 2004 #7 Share Posted December 14, 2004 Do as thy God Wilt Shall be the whole of the Law Unfortunately, "The Man" is silent. Therefore we have no God's Will! Please don't quote Christian Scripture as your source, unless however you have secular proof that it is the truth! Until then, we don't know God's will! Deadly Nightshade Posted December 14, 2004 Author #8 Share Posted December 14, 2004 Yes I agree with tupac amaru, loge..... Why does everyone turn a topic into chistianity??? This topic has nothing to do with christianity as the quote " Do as thy will " is quoted by Aliester Crowely. The Book of the law. Blessed Be. Nightshade xxx. Loge Posted December 14, 2004 #9 Share Posted December 14, 2004 (edited) Yes I agree with tupac amaru, loge..... Why does everyone turn a topic into chistianity??? This topic has nothing to do with christianity as the quote " Do as thy will " is quoted by Aliester Crowely. The Book of the law. Blessed Be. Nightshade xxx. 403788 I never said that " Do as thy will " is from Christianity? Nietzsche explains it better! Although, the quote " Do as thy will " is originally from Zoroastrism, the religion of Zaratustra, yet, it is a doctrine adulterated by Aliester Crowely! Fully will I adjust my will to thy will, Ahura Mazda Let me will what thou willest me to will. Work thy will in me. I will accept thy will as law and submit to it. My lip-loyalty to thee does not mean anything. It counts for nothing. Doing thy will, living according to thy will, is everything. I will do all that thou wiliest me to do. I will keep thy commandments with all my will. I will conform my life to thy will. Every day in my life, I will do what is pleasing to thee and refrain from doing what is displeasing to thee. Help me to restrain my wayward will. Infallible is thy divine will. What thou dost win, is always good, for thou, the Sovereign Lord of mankind without a second, art All-good thyself. Thou wert the same yesterday. Thou art the same to-day and thou will be the same for ever. The creation came into being with thy will. I see thy designing will and ordaining hand in everything. Things always come about as thou dost will. What thou doest is always the best in the end. Thou dost work thy will upon me. Do unto me as thou willest. Inflame my will with love for thee. I will do all that thou willest me to do. Let me see the right, let me understand the right and let me have the will to do the right. With my hands uplifted, my head bent low, I will sink on my knees and bow to thy will. I will think and speak and do as thou wouldst have me to do. Enlighten me with thy will, that I may make it known all around me. My life is built around thee. Let thy will dominate my will. I will not live my life as I will, but as thou dost will. Faithfully will I comply with thy will. Let thy will govern my will. Let my will be merged in thy will and become one with it. With the fullness of my heart I will always do thy will, Ahura Mazda. Reader Posted December 16, 2004 #19 Share Posted December 16, 2004 quoteing to the site Darkwind gave us, Birth is celebrated in a Feast for Life; bullet Puberty is celebrated in a Feast for Fire (for a boy), or a Feast for Water (for a girl); bullet The death of the individual is commemorated in a Greater Feast for Death. What do you do to "Feast" and what do they mean "Feast for Fire" and "Feast for Water"? Do you know Deadly Nightshade?

Nightshade. xxx. 403628 Well, everyone has the ability to do that. It's called free will. And there's nothing wrong with that - to a certain extent. That's where a thing called conscience comes in, which tells you that doing what you want, in some circumstances can be detrimental to either yourself or those around you. Deadly Nightshade Posted December 16, 2004 Author #21 Share Posted December 16, 2004 Hi Reader Yes I do know about the feast of fire and feast of water but its too lengthy to explain and for one to soak it in. This is not for the inexperienced. Anyway heres a link: http://www.sekhetmaat.com You can browse through this at your leisure, then theres more chance of it absorbing. Blessed Be Nightshade xxx.
