Obama says Fox News is out to get him

Aww! Poor Obama got his wittle feelings hurt because fox is reporting teh news! I wonder how he'd feel if he had to deal with eight years of CNN and HLN, and MSNBC and all the alphabet channals slamming him for no real reason like Bush had happen? I mean, they were already saying that he had a low I.Q. adn looked like a monkey months before he even took office. Gotta wonder how ole BOM would like it if the MSM started calling him a monkey. I mean, does any one else remember just how bent out of shape the left got over that cartoon of a cop shooting the monkey that attacked and killed that woman a few months ago?

It's just a clear case of the Leftist leaders can't take what they dish out, even if they only get it back in fractions and in minute severity. I simply don't think this bird has teh intestinal fortitude to deal with a quarter of the nation falsely accusing him of killing Americans to start a war for oil, even though that war for oil didn't ever seem to generate more oil in the end. Hell, he can't stand it when someone says "Where were you born?"! Of course, he can't seem to produce a B/C anyway so, if there isn't one to be found, you can't prove what it says. Good plan, Carter Junior!

Interviewed on CNBC Tuesday, President Obama vented his displeasure with FOX News, the cable network whose own senior vice president of programming has called it "the voice of the opposition" to the Obama administration. Here's Obama:

"First of all, I've got one television station entirely devoted to attacking my administration."

Clearly referring to FOX, the president continued:

"Well, that's a pretty big megaphone," he said. "And you'd be hard-pressed, if you watched the entire day, to find a positive story about me on that front.

"We welcome people who are asking us some, you know, tough questions," he continued. "And I think that I've been probably as accessible as any president in the first six months -- press conferences, taking questions from reporters, being held accountable, being transparent about what it is that we're trying to do. I think that, actually, the reason that people have been generally positive about what we've tried to do is they feel as if I'm available and willing to answer questions, and we haven't been trying to hide them all."

It's the way it is and the way it will always be until Obama leaves office.

FOX attacks Obama.

MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS etc. all attack FOX for attacking Obama.

FOX attacks Obama again and the circle is complete. Just get on with it Prezzie O!!!

Someone's paranoid. Don't like it. Suck it up or ignore it.

There's people out there who won't like Obama. I don't like Obama. Yet I deal with it. There's nothing else I can do about it. :/

I'm sure if John won. The other stations would attack him.

Just saying.

We DO have our moments here, don't we? LOL!

I'm sure if John (McCain) won. The other stations would attack him.
True but, I seriously doubt that he'd have been such a baby about it. "Please! Help me! Fox is reporting on my boo-boos! Whaaaaa!" Come on, he wanted to be the POTUS and now he can't take a few light barbs? What is he going to do when the country gets in real trouble? Is he going to run back to Kenya nad hide?

You're putting a totally misleading spin on this, Lord. I saw the interview in which Obama made these statements. He was talking in a joking, light-hearted way. He sure didn't seem like a guy who was "being a baby about it." He was just frankly acknowledging who out there in the media is giving him what kind of attention and how. I don't think Obama cares less if Fox likes him or not.

He probably understands, that with any and all media -- "the media giveth and the media taketh away." If he's getting a free ride from other media besides Fox, that free ride could end at any moment, and he knows that.

With Fox news, if you are anything but a Far Righty, they only "taketh away from you." Obama knows that, and expetcs no less.

That's how it is going to stay, not just for Obama.

When a Republican is in office you might as well put a statue of him in the FOX Headquarters and use one of your breaks to slaughter a goat in his honor. If the president does something displeasing just make an excuse for him, say that's not right and pray that he show mercy. Same for when a Democrat is in office with the other stations.

and I guess liberal media made Bush the failure that he was ?

"You know, I could run for governor but I'm basically a media creation. I've never done anything. I've worked for my dad. I worked in the oil business. But that's not the kind of profile you have to have to get elected to public office."

When we take them out back, should we turn right or left?

Hmmm..... you see something in Lt. R's post that suggests she thinks Bush is still president? Or did you just have a spontaneous urge to share that bright historical observation with the rest of us? "Made" and "was"- both common English verbs, both past tense.

That's how it is going to stay, not just for Obama.

Doesn't happen often LOL

To be fair the media dictates left and right when in reality there is really no difference, just opinion. I did have some hopes for Obama and some he has really disappointed on but in saying that he was imo the best choice and America/U.S. needed a change. Not saying that the change will make the world a different place or a better place but you have to admit and I know it might be hard but Obama really hasn't messed up yet.

His stimulus package was going to happen no matter who was elected and to bail out private business with tax payers dollars seemed messed up from the beginning. Obama has failed in certain areas yes but he is doing more now for Americans than Bush could have ever hoped.

Nice to see ya back man :tu:
