Sleep Paralysis

[Mysterious Glitch]

Heres my story, I've been having sleep paralysis for a while now, or at least something similar to it. First it started up just like its supposed to, upon waking, now its upon waking an when I'm trying to go back to sleep. Is this the same thing, just sleep paralysis, or could this be something different. Cause I talked to someone that came into my psychology class to speak to up and he suggests a sleep study because it may be minor seizure or something of the sort. Any info that could help me please?
