Still Waters Posted June 27, 2013 #1 Share Posted June 27, 2013 A 20-year-old Chilean woman has told of the "indescribable" pain she has experienced since she began weeping tears of blood. Doctors initially thought Yaritza Oliva was suffering from an extreme case of conjunctivitis or other infection when the phenomenon began earlier this month, 24 Horas reports. http://www.huffingto..._n_3510370.html

pallidin Posted June 29, 2013 #9 Share Posted June 29, 2013 From what I gather it's a very rare condition, and not fully understood. Hopefully no sustainable damage to her eyes. Uncle Sam Posted June 30, 2013 #11 Share Posted June 30, 2013 (edited) Is her eyes always blood shot? Maybe she got an tear in her eye's protective film, the blood from her blood shot eyes are seeping out and making it look like she is bleeding. It would describe the pain and the blood. :\ Edited June 30, 2013 by Uncle Sam

Simbi Laveau Posted October 19, 2013 #14 Share Posted October 19, 2013 There's a girl in India who cries crystals. I'm betting it's much more painful than this. This woman can now get a part in True Blood, and not even need special effects
