A View From the Blugenweg

> on a bench by a granite fountain?

> in and out of my life, appearing,

> disappearing, then reappearing

> like a waiter through

> the swinging door of a cafe kitchen

> to fetch my order and deliver it

> a steaming bowl of pasta, clams

> and a plate of cheese covered

> in honeydew and pear nectar,

> then is no where to be seen

> when I want another glass of wine?

One postscript: I made a typo in the header and I see no option for correction. The name should be Blumenweg, not Blugenweg. It's a hiking trail in the Swiss Alps that means "Flower Way" in German.
