I am very glad to see that you checked out that website, there is a lot of great information on there.  I respect the views you have taken on the website, though I would suggest reading this page if haven't already done so: http://www.paoweb.com/firstime.htm  And as to your thoughts on the Mintakans, I would only say that I don't see the age of a star-system as relative to whether or not a civilization can colonize its planets.  Perhaps the Mintakans' ancestors did not originate in that star-system, though that does not take away from the possibility that they currently inhabit it now.

I should probably make it clear now that I am simply an Earth human incarnated here at this time, though I would love to drop by and have a chat with you about the vastness of our Universe, I personally cannot do so without first knowing your whereabouts.  The reason I feel so compelled to share my knowledge about the Galactic Federation of Light is merely for the joy of spreading this information and opening up the possibilities for others to their existence; perhaps some people will think I am lying or else have a hidden agenda or maybe even think that I am just crazy. I cannot change these views in people, and I certainly do not want to.  I cannot change people, we can only change ourselves.  I have grown much through my experiences with the Galactic Federation of Light and I am merely here to share this with my fellow humans.

And as a simple response to your first observation, just because you have not heard about these people being contacted does not necessarily make it so that they have not been contacted.  I hope that you are not too disappointed that no magnificent space being is going drop by your place tonight (though who knows, maybe one will), but on the other hand, I would still love to discuss with you, human-to-human, the possibilities that lay out there in the Universe beyond.

There was a time , not so long ago, that a few people thought the same about a god living in heaven. . They wanted to share their experiences.....and look where that got us!

Now this is the main problem, many people are going to want some confirmation beyond their own minds. Unless and until this Galactic Federation shows up publically visible (to all) over Earth's cities most folks simply aren't going to believe in it.
