UFOs Over Missouri

I live in Missouri and I'm curious as to if anyone has seen some pretty freaky stuff over here or just some strange unexplained things. I've tried searching some stuff up on youtube but really didn't find much and wanted to get some first hand experiences that others might have had,

I walk me dogs every night and have only one experience where I saw something gliding across the sky. It was towards dawn and it just kind of glided by but I couldn't get too good of view of it because there were some tress in the way and since the leaves had all fallen off, it got mixed in with the branches before cruising behind a house. I looked very far away and was going a lot faster than a plan. I live near an airport and am always seeing plans but this looked nothing like one. Or any type of flying thing I've ever seen. It's nothing special but it was sure interesting to see.

Could you describe it? Like did it look like a ball of light or series of lights. Perhaps triangle shaped. Did it make noise?

Sorry, been a little busy. Well, lets see here. Like I said, it got mixed up in the tree branches in the sky so it was kind of hard to see much detail on it. I do remember that it was black though. I think the best way to describe it was almost like a black tumble weed flying in the sky. It stayed in the same position, never rotating or turning, just gliding at a constant speed. From what I remember was that for the most part it was round. But this wasn't any kind of toy or something because it was way up there. There were no lights on it or any sounds coming from it.

Sorry, it's been about 3 years since it happened.
