The depth of Political corruption in Spain...

Every major Political Party was permitted to make appointments to the Board of Directors at Caja Madrid (a bank that was at the centre of the building crisis in Spain). The sheer scale of the use of Bank credit cards (given to the party's faithful) truly beggars belief!

Try to read the whole article (I know it is a little long) and try to grasp how outrageous and corrupt Spanish Politicians really are:

Source (El Pais): http://elpais.com/elpais/2014/10/06/inenglish/1412589679_102975.html

If it was within my power I would proscribe each of the parties involved. <_< <_<

Someone should go to jail, lots of someones for allowing this and partaking in it.

Sometimes I wonder if government is just the legal version of organized crime syndicates vying for power, it certainly seems far too often that there are those who make their money honestly - by breaking the law and knowing that is what they are doing and those that make it dishonestly - by upholding the law and ensuring the law they uphold is profitable to them.

I dare say most politicians, most businessmen, most lawyers, a lot of priests, a lot of mechanics, a lot of policemen, and a lot of revolutionaries are corrupt.

They don't think so. They think they are just doing what everyone else does. They don't stop to realize that just that thinking is corrupt.

i was reading a story awhile back, the details escapes me at this moment, but the gist was in Spain a company was drilling offshore, causing a rise in seismic activity the locals kicked up a fuss, the firm was told to remove their equipment and suspend activity - but the locals were ordered to pay the company compensation.
