ineffectiveArtist Posted September 16, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 16, 2014 A guy at school decided that during lunch he'd try using some mystic items to summon a dark spirit. I have really high emotional energy, which ghosts just love, and this spirit is following me. He's not causing much trouble aside from knocking things over, but he is really unsettling. Any idea how to get rid of it, please?
fuzz_buzz_wuzz Posted September 16, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 16, 2014 If I were you I would get someone who's does exocisims (I'm terrible at spelling) and hopefully that will work.
Rlyeh Posted September 16, 2014 #3 Share Posted September 16, 2014 I've just summoned ten more spirits to get rid of this one.
bubblykiss Posted September 16, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 16, 2014 I would use Brazilian Razer Clams to chase them away. After all, have you ever heard of a haunted Brazilian Razer Clam?

Keel M. Posted September 16, 2014 #6 Share Posted September 16, 2014 You're a female, more than likely a teen, with a constant high emotional state - it's you who is causing your own problems not some pretend spirit.
jamesjr191 Posted September 16, 2014 #7 Share Posted September 16, 2014 Its most likely that your haunting yourself. just believing you are being haunted will make it true to your mind.

ineffectiveArtist Posted September 17, 2014 Author #10 Share Posted September 17, 2014 Well, I would assume I'm doing it all, but when stuff across the room just falls over I start to doubt that...
Crabby Kitten Posted September 17, 2014 #11 Share Posted September 17, 2014 This is why ordinary people and especially kids shouldn't play around with magical tools. It's stuff people can't handle as they don't understand it. And as for you, sweetie, wear an iron pendant round your neck, an iron bracelet on your wrist and put up a picture of a snarling dog/wolf on your bedroom door. That should deter the naughty spirits. Forsythia Posted September 22, 2014 #13 Share Posted September 22, 2014 Try burning sage throughout your house. This may help, unless it's nothing but your mind playing tricks on you. Nothing will help that until you realize it.
Keel M. Posted September 22, 2014 #14 Share Posted September 22, 2014 Well, I would assume I'm doing it all, but when stuff across the room just falls over I start to doubt that... So I have a really crowded desk in my room. It's got all kinds of crap all over it, with lots of papers hanging over the side. It's also right beside the door as you enter the room. I walked into my room the other day and my hip brushed against a pretty thick packet of papers on which a book was precariously perched. When I brushed against it, the stack became unstable. Five minutes later, I'm across the room when things just slide right off the end of my desk. Did I cause that or did a "dark spirit" do it?

It was the dark spirit of big messy pile!!!! *makes scary sound* Time to Feng Shui!!!No, seriously, I seriously think in my life, that 'cleaning up' everything in my life, messy stuff materials and the like, helps me sometimes. Things are so complicated, it's hard to tell. And I agree with some, a young female is a ball of confusing, complicated, energy, (being one myself) one could think all sort of things upon themselves. Plus, in my opinion, I don't think teens have the abilities to cause or manifest anything fully, so again, young lady, OP, I think it might be you, just my thoughts on your situation. I manifested a lot of things in my head at that age.
MyOtherAccount Posted September 25, 2014 #16 Share Posted September 25, 2014 You might want to read wikipedia's poltergeist topic. Then go to every link mentioned in the footnotes and bibliography and read all those stories and research. In the end you will be fairly convinced that girls in their teens can have the ability to do things through their subconscious. Hope that is helpful. --MOA

*Frank* Posted September 25, 2014 #18 Share Posted September 25, 2014 Who told you this crap? I made it up. In the same way that iron and dog photos keeping away spirits is made up.
pallidin Posted September 26, 2014 #19 Share Posted September 26, 2014 Objects do not keep away spirits. Only other spirits, including our own.
Beany Posted September 27, 2014 #20 Share Posted September 27, 2014 Someone posted a suggestion that you smudge or cleanse with white sage; you can also use incense for the same purpose. Lots of cultures have that ritual. There are some Native American websites that give instructions on how to do this. The important thing is that you take back your own power, and by smudging/cleansing you'll be doing that. I don't believe the universe/god/divine supports negative actions like the one you were subjected to, you might ask yourself whether a kid, or anyone, would actually have the power to casually manipulate the forces of nature. Clearly right now you believe that to be true, but is that a realistic belief? Is this belief one that you want to carry around for the rest of your life? Does it serve you in any way? It is it helpful? Is it congruent with the rest of your experiences? Do you really think there's evil spirits just waiting around somewhere to do someone's bidding?
