It lurks just inches below the surface coiled and ready to strike - and yet you wouldn't know it was there.

These remarkable images show the enormous 26-foot (eight metre) anacondas of Mato Grosso in Brazil searching for prey in the murky depths.

So glad we don't have snakes that big around here.  I'm sure sooner or later we will when some fool turns them loose because they are tired of taking care of them.

well they are getting there, they are moving up from Florida so we might have a problem.

Great pics, I clicked on "she doesn't have much of a body but it's still for hire"  and seen even more  pictures, I don't
