sleep paralysis, astral projecting and ghost

So here is the sitch. I have narcolepsy. with that comes sleep paralysis. My entire life i have experienced some seriously dark stuff. All related to sp experiences. when i was younger the only notable experiences was when i was falling sleep. i began to rotate upon my bed until i could feel myself lift off of it. Then i fell into slumber so i dont what happened after that. I always had the feelings of ghost over me or demons over me during sp. so im concerned now because it has become progressively worse. I have begun to tremor during sp and i can feel something over me. I can here one once stomping next to me as if the stomping triggered the sp. I am afraid but through my research i found that there is a chance that i may be on the cusp of astral projection. also im a bit of a skeptic but, i dont know, maybe im not anymore. I believe in god but maybe there is more to it. maybe god could show me something? if anyone could reply with respects to their own beliefs and shine some light on this it would be awesome.

no, well, not for me atleast. I do believe there may be some cases where that does happen. But narcolepssy ussualy has three pillars. Daytime sleepiness, catoplexy, sleep paralysis and the nhallucinations during sp. you dont allways have all of them but i unfortunately do. you just get this overwhelming tiredness that if you experience while sitting could put you to sleep like a baby. Catoplexy is like when you are chugging alonh during the day and then BAM you have zero energy and you feel just sluggish as hell. Then sleep paralysis may be the worst thing i have ever dealt with. Its been the plague of my life because within it i have seen and heard some very dark things. Imagine waking up before your body does. Thats essentialy what it is. Your brain thinks you are asleep still but you are very concious. The part of your brain that keeps you from acting out your dreams paralyzes your unconcious self does not understand that you have woken up and there fore will not allow you to move. It also can happen as you are falling into slumber. so there you are lying paralyzed and you begine to hear things. see things. terrible things. Your room becomes something ellses playground and you are a toy.
