Mosquitos now a larger threat to Britain

behaviour???

Recommended Posts

Helicopters are being used to destroy swarms of killer mosquitoes which could head towards Britain.

The drastic and expensive clearance operation is being carried out in the skies above northern France.

A recent combination of hot days followed by rain has created the kind of warm, damp conditions which mosquitoes relish.

Of particular concern are the Asian tiger mosquitoes, which can transmit 23 infections, including West Nile virus and dengue fever both of which can kill.

If I were you I'd be more worried about the insecticides then the mosquitoes.

*Bounce* fabric softener sheets are a great non-insecticide deterrent for mosquitoes and so is *Avon's Skin so Soft* line of moisturizers. I don't know if either of those are available in your neck of the woods though. You could probably get either online.

Good luck!
