I think the UFO was spectacular and strange. Um I don't know about the walking giant shadow. Judging by other comments on Youtube, people seem in denial about what was on it, but there was a tall shape movement that the cameraman never spotted or mentioned. He was more interested in the UFO. Perhaps the UFO was to do with the shadow? Or maybe the shadow was a type of whirlwind or dust devil. The most annoying thing about the video was the constant shaking.

Note that the dude taking the video footage and narrating the video paid no attention to or mentioned the "giant being". Because it's probably just a silhouette of a tree stump or something equally boring and not worth mentioning. It's not actually taller than the trees, it's just closer to the camera. I don't think it's even moving, that's probably just an illusion of the shape appearing to change because a. the autofocus can't keep focus and everything keeps popping in and out of focus making it appear to change shape from frame to frame b. the absurdly overcompressed video also means that compression artefacts alter every so much that from frame to frame changes appear to happen and c. it's the camera panning, not the "giant being" moving.

I'm reminded of this scene from Father Ted.

edit: Note to people who make paranormal YouTube videos. Please continue to add needlessly long intros and spooky music in the background. That really helps sell the videos as the genuine thing.

In which case just some guy with him walking there is more likely.

The UFO is likely a remotely operated vehicle (of human origin) with LED lights on it. A dot of light, no matter how pretty or how many color changes it makes is inconclusive. The shadow could be anything not in focus.
