A Mothers Intuition?

A while back I was at work ( I should mention, I work with small children age 2-3 ) My class was outside one the playground. Running around, yelling.. like kids do. At some point I heard " Mom " I instinctly turned around because the voice sounded like my son Joshua, who is 11. I trened and none of my students were behind me and of corse my son was at his own school. I thought, well maybe one of the kids said mom instead of ms. and ran off. Or maybe im hearing things, because im sure my sons voice is inbeded in my memory. But what happend next made me wonder if I really heard his voice. I ended up getting a phone call at my work frfom the school nurse, not even 5 minutes later. I tried returinging the call to the nurse and could not get through. I then called my husband and had him call the school ( i have 2 boys in one school) I told him I dont know what child they called my work about. They didnt leave a name. I told him I had a feeling it had something to do with my oldest. Later that day on my luch break my husband told me, it was my eldest. He broke his glasses for like the 100th time. It wasnt a life threating situation but it was something that had him worried, because Im on him constantly about keeping them safe and breaking them again.

what do you think of that?

That's a very odd coincidence, Leigh.

It could very well be that - coincidence, or a mother's intuition running deeper than any of us realize.

I don't think there's any solid proof to convince that you had some sort of ability, but I believe in a mother's connection with heir child(ren).

I'll be a bit less skeptical with this one and say I'd agree it could be a very a strong case of motherly intuition.
