Call them whatever you want. They're all under the umbrella term of Not Yet Proven to Exist.

The spiritual entity is invisibe to the physical eye. It's the ghost that make the entity visible to the physical eye in the visible world. The ghost is not the entity itself. It's merely an apparition that makes the entity visible to us in the visible world..

I agree with AngelXVI, all three are open to interpretation.

In my opinion, 'ghost' is simply a generic term, often used to represent an unspecified, non-living being, whereas 'spirit' is somewhat of an isolated term. 'Entity', however, is a label often seen given to living beings of obscurity (aliens, etc), in addition to non-living beings.
