Yep first time, I also tried it more than once to make sure and it worked both times.

Yea. Quick reply uses a real time posting addon as far as I know. But the regular reply editor just follows the conventional process ad possibilities for glitches while using the regular editor are very less. So, if you have any problems usng the quick editor, then by logic, the full editor must be your choice
