Hmm, Reid has never introduced a budget and Obama has introduced two and gotten zero votes. That means no democrats even voted for it.  Somehow the republicans, who had no say for two of the last fiscal years, are to blame in your mind. Please explain why the democrats, who had complete control of both houses and the executive and didn't need a single republican vote for two years to pass a budget, didn't pass a budget in those two years?  How are the republicans to blame when they had zero say on the matter?
