@coldethyl, I have a brother in law that looks so much like dean its creepy.

@OP I don't think they intentionally fake it, more like they get something and flip the hell out. I wouldn't however doubt if the producers or whatever sneak in a few jabs at the truth like say a 2 way radio into a spirit box so they can spice up the show... But if you go by these guys' reaction, you could clearly tell they don't know what is coming and when...

I watched it every once in awhile and a lot of time, Zak and Co. claimed to have been touched...especially Zak, who have claimed ghosts grabbing his ass and other parts of his body.

One thing that p***es me off so bad is people think you have to have some great ass reason to believe in something.If a person believes that Ghost adventures is real it is what it is some of us are not into being skeptics.Like I always said untill you investigate somewhere crzay haunted or experience it it always be fake to you. As far as Zak and the boys not having degrees so what it's the train as you go theory with ghost hunting you learn more and more every time you investigate. Science cannot explain everything because some things are not meant to be explained so can chastisings someone because they believe. One day when your soul rips from your body I hope som of you don't remain here then by that time it's too late to believe because you will be what you didn't believe.....feel me.

I believe in the paranormal, i'm just saying that in my opinion this show isn't entirely accurate.

Facts are facts
Here is one: Many other people use the same kinds of equipment as they do on this show, and they record nothing.
Here is another: None of the equipment is proven to have any connection with the paranormal. Their equipment has not even proven the ability to do record the paranormal.
One more fact: In order for a show to stay on air, it must produce. This applies to all shows, none are above the cut.

Based on the facts, I have made an opinion that them being able to record evidence almost on command is not real. There is no known device that positively 100% captures evidence of the paranormal, by those means they have to try using other devices that MIGHT do the job. They seem to grab an EVP or EMF every single attempt! Picture the same show without EMF, EVP, Night Vision, UV, IR... Also picture the show where in almost all cases there is nothing to give you.. Would you continue watching?

Ask yourself why do the hunters' seem so shocked when finding results? Is it because they had no clue "Bob" is messing with the devices to make up evidence?

Once again, that is not coming from a skeptic.. That is coming from a believer in the paranormal being realistic about the shows expectation to produce.

In the Riddle House episode, it looked like they might have faked the tipping over of the bird cage.  Also, there were several instances where it looks like the boys were actually the ones saying the words repeated by the spirit box.  Of course, I don't know for sure, but there's enough there to make me thing some of it is at least faked.  Regardless, it's my favorite show on TV and I never miss an episode.
