It is the first day of Yule, We will be getting the log ready.
In an ideal World a law would be passed were NO guns were allowed and all those out there destroyed, trouble is the law makers are not going to take a risk of trying to pass that without making sure they are armed first.

I don't think there's anything to worry about. Just another day. Wake up, get through it, go to bed, see you Saturday.

Just celebrate Solstice, 'the turning of the year' ...... brilliant! All the energies that were heading into the earth, turn and head back up the plants. My favourite day :D

Can I ask you: WHY do you think something badly dramatic may happen? Appalling things happen every day.

But all the time in the back of these things there was the hill-quiet and the stony pastures, and sometimes they made me ashamed of what I was - human and full of a thousand wormy thoughts and selfishness, but more often they were like hands to heal.

I do not think, I KNOW!

But if no one actually does NOT die somewhere in the world on that day..................now, then I will be truly impressed!

The world isn't going to end on the 21st. People are just saying that because the Mayan calendar ended there. They died out! I don't know how anyone could expect them to keep a calendar going for eternity...

Its just another day like any other.  There have been doomsday scenarios floating around for years.  After the 21 there will be another one.  When it all ends, it does and there is no need to worry about it.

Just what the others said. Don't worry at all. Nothing's gonna happen that day.

νιώθεις πως δεν υπάρχουνε λύσεις,
τότε μόνο δυο μάτια μπορούνε,
να σε κάνουν να θέλεις να ζήσεις.
